To educate the differently abled person, the Org. take up a pivotal role in intervening several cases where children with speech and hearing impaired are often segregated from mainstream.

THEMNU AGED CARE HOME
To ensure safety and peaceful living of elderly widowed women. The Home shelters many older women and widows who have been neglected or abused and none to take care once they become aged.

To provide shelter and rehabilitation to children who are in need of care and protection. With a total capacity of 50 girls who are in need of care and protection between the age group of 6- 18 years are given shelter and rehabilitation in the Home.

Who we are
SHARE
Social Human Action for Rural Empowerment (SHARE) Society was established where a collection of women group share their perspectives on the critical needs of working for vulnerable sections (women and children) in the rural areas. Women and children in the operated area have experienced various issues like violence in the form of domestic, physical and social. Since their voices and concerns are often not heard/ considered, their involvement is void in the decision making process. In order to uplift the condition of vulnerable women and children and to sensitize the community, the SHARE Society was established as a Voluntary and Non-Governmental Organization in the year 2000.

To build a society where there is gender justice, equity and respect for human rights across all sections; where women and children are involved in all development interventions and peace process; where there is a change in development perspectives from ‘needs’ to ‘rights’.

Mission
SHARE seeks to organise, accelerate health, economics, social and education to rural women and children, atrocities and child labour, to give educational rehabilitation to the hearing and speech impaired children in the area.

Our Objectives
The SHARE objectives are to:
Organise women involved in various economic activities, for the purpose of preventing their exploitation and working towards self-sufficiency.
Uplift and promote the underprivileged girls in order to be self-sustain and self-reliance.
Contribute towards improving the life and living conditions of the elderly widowed women who have been deprived of the basic necessities in life, who are destitute and neglected by their own family members.
Promote, develop and rehabilitate children in need of care and protection.
Educate children belonging to the poorest of the poor. Provide learning materials to children belonging to poverty line.
Empower and enable the hearing and speech impaired children through access to special education to be productive citizens.
